Step into the high-energy world of pom with our Pom Dance Class! Perfect for dancers of all levels, this class focuses on the exciting and spirited style of pom. This class will work on pom techniques, including sharp motions, precise arm placements, and intricate footwork. Dancers will learn an upbeat & exciting pom routine to perform in the Spring Recital! Our Dance Team & Pom class focuses on Dance Team techniques, including pom and jazz. Dancers will enhance their skills in turns, leaps, and jumps while developing strength, flexibility, and synchronization. A routine will be learned and performed in the Spring Recital! What do you need for class?
All required shoes are available for purchase through BLDC.
Stop by or contact the office to schedule a shoe fitting.
Dance clothing is available for purchase in the studio lobby.

Dress Code
Please use the dress code guidelines for the gender of which the student identifies, or fitted dance clothing that is similar to anything listed which feels in line with the student's identity.
Poms: Info on the purchase of Practice poms will be available soon - Performance poms are included in the costume fee
Girls
Required Attire: A leotard with tights, a leotard with leggings or shorts, a dance top and shorts are all acceptable options. Dance clothing should be form-fitting and allow the instructor to see the students’ movement clearly. No long, baggy t-shirts or pants.
Required Shoes: Tan Stretch Jazz Shoes
Boys
Required Attire: Athletic shorts or pants, T-shirt or athletic style top.
Required Shoes: Black Stretch Jazz Shoes
