Troubleshooting Playback Issues
Each file can be downloaded onto your device and played from there. You can also playback the video directly from Google Drive and save a copy to your own Google Drive. If you have issues with the playback, try any of these steps. 
  1. Clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache in the internet browser you are using. 
  2. If you have multiple browser extensions, disable them. After viewing the video, you can turn them back on. It is possible one of the extensions is blocking your video player. 
  3. Open the video in a new window. This is an option in the video player menu in the top right hand corner of your viewer.

If you still have issues playing the video in your browser, try doing an internet search with the error message and your specific device and browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
