Contemporary dance combines the many technical elements of classical ballet with the freedom, fluidity, and expressiveness of jazz.
In our contemporary classes, students will focus on technique while learning to dance using different emotions and expressions. Because a technical background is necessary for contemporary students, it is strongly recommended that dancers also enroll in a ballet class or jazz class. These supplemental classes can help dancers move with more ease and grace. |
