We are happy to answer any questions and are here to help you find the perfect fit for your summertime dance adventures!

THEME CAMPS

Our popular theme camps are sure to please your child!
Each fun-filled camp will include dance, activities and crafts, all with a specific theme!
There is no registration fee for our Theme Camps.​

THIS GIRL CAN
Get ready for a thrilling adventure with our This Girl Can Camp! Join us as we celebrate the courage, resilience, and strength of our favorite characters who know how to get things done. From determined pioneers to adventurous explorers, resourceful problem-solvers to confident leaders, this camp is all about honoring the qualities that make these girls true heroes. Throughout the camp, students will immerse themselves in a variety of activities inspired by these brave characters.

MS. RACHEL 
Get ready to move and groove! Ms. Rachel's songs are accompanied by simple and fun movements that promote physical activity and coordination. From dancing like animals to acting out favorite storybook characters, participants will explore the joy of movement.

TAYLOR SWIFT CAMP
Join us for a week of music and movement inspired by the one and only Taylor Swift! From iconic choreography to crafting Taylor-themed memories, this camp is a must for fans of all ages. Get ready to shake it off and dance the week away with us!

This camp is about embracing your unique talents, expressing yourself with confidence, and believing in the power of your dreams, just like Barbie herself! Join us for a magical journey where every twirl, every sparkle, and every dream takes center stage. Let's dance, create, and make memories that will last a lifetime at the Barbie Dream Camp!

Get ready to journey into the enchanting world of Arendelle with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and their fairytale friends at our "Frozen & Friends" Dance Camp! Join us for a week filled with frosty fun, inspiring music, and magical moments that will make all of your dreams come true.

BOOGIE WITH BLUEY
Dive into a world of imagination and movement at our Bluey-themed summer dance camp! Join us for a week of creativity, crafts, and dancing inspired by everyone's favorite blue heeler family. From themed games to toe-tapping routines, this camp promises a fun-filled adventure for young dancers looking to unleash their inner Bluey spirit!

MINI SESSIONS

For mini-session enrollment, there is a one-time $10.00 summer registration fee. This fee applies to your first mini-session class and covers administrative costs associated with summer registrations. Subsequent classes within the mini-session do not incur a registration fee.

KINDERKIDS COMBO: Where Little Dancers Shine!
Introduce your child to the magical world of dance with our KinderKids Dance Class—a perfect way to ignite their passion for movement and creativity or continue their dance education throughout the summer months. Our classes are specially designed to engage young dancers in a nurturing and supportive environment, fostering their love for dance while building a strong foundation of skills and technique.

In this class, young dancers will explore the joy of tap dancing and creative movement. Through fun and imaginative exercises, they'll learn basic tap steps while developing coordination, musicality, and rhythm. Creative movement exercises will allow them to express themselves freely and unleash their creativity through movement. KinderKids classes also incorporate basic ballet skills, introducing young dancers to the fundamentals of ballet technique in an age-appropriate manner.

PRE-BALLET
​​Step into the magical world of ballet with our Introductory Ballet class, specially designed for young dancers eager to explore the artistry and grace of classical ballet. This class offers the perfect introduction to the principles of ballet in a fun and engaging format, where students will embark on a journey of discovery and self-expression through movement. Choose one or both sessions.

HIP-HOP FLIP-FLOP
Calling all high-energy little dancers who love to groove and flip! Our Hip Hop & Acro Adventure class is specially crafted for those young dancers who are always ready to show off their moves and have a blast on the dance floor. This dynamic class combines the electrifying beats of hip hop with the exciting acrobatic skills that will have your child flipping with joy!

ACRO DANCE
Acro is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements.  A defining characteristic of acro is the smooth, graceful transitions between dance and acrobatic movements. Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and above all discipline and concentration.  We highly encourage dancers to take Acro class to help enhance their dancing.  
Body Language Dance Company is certified in the Acrobatic Arts curriculum.

COMPETITION TEAM MEMBERS: When you fill out your audition form, you will indicate if you would like to register for Acro class this summer. When we receive your form, we will place dancers in the correct level and confirm with you by June 13 for session 1 and July 11 for session 2. One Acro session can be applied to the summer requirements and will count as one day.

Attire: Dance wear (leotard, dance top and shorts, etc.) No T-shirts or baggy clothing. No shoes.

3-Day Intensives & Multi Discipline Technique Classes

For multi-discipline day and intensive enrollment, there is a one-time $10.00 summer registration fee. This fee applies to your first multi-discipline or intensive day and covers administrative costs associated with summer registrations. Subsequent summer classes do not incur a registration fee.

The ballet intensive, tap/jazz intensive and multi-discipline classes are intended for dancers with prior dance experience.

FOR COMPETITION TEAM STUDENTS:
Dancers are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible to keep up their training through the summer months. 
​We highly recommend that students add at least one Acro session as well.
The tap/jazz intensive and ballet intensive will count as 2 days. Tap/Jazz and Ballet Intensives will conclude with a short showcase.  
All Standard Competition dancers must attend a minimum of eight intensive days during the summer.  
All Competition Plus dancers are required to attend a minimum of ten intensive days during the summer.
