- Open Auditions: Auditions for our competition teams are open to all dancers in Kindergarten-12th grade. We welcome dancers of varying ability levels to showcase their talent and passion for dance.
- Placement Process: Placement in the BLDC competition program is determined by audition. Our instructors carefully assess each dancer's technical skill, attitude, and potential to determine the appropriate team(s) for their level of ability and commitment.
- Multiple Teams: We offer many teams accommodating dancers of varying ability levels, ensuring that every dancer finds their place to shine and grow.

- Placement on college dance teams at institutions such as Grand Valley State University, Michigan State University, Aquinas College, and Adrian College.

PART-TIME COMPETITION TEAMS
The "Sparks" and "Fusion" teams were added to our competition program to allow families more options regarding time and financial commitments. With a weekly commitment of 2.25-2.75 hrs, team members have time in their schedules for other activities. There is no audition needed for these two teams.
