Our Broadway Jazz class will focus on applying and bringing together the disciplines of acting, singing and dancing. Students will learn proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows.
The class curriculum is based on jazz technique layered with Broadway style jazz movement. Emphasis will also be placed on learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and telling a story through dance and facial expressions. |

Recommended Attire
Girls
A leotard with tights, a leotard with leggings or shorts, a dance top and shorts are all acceptable options. Dance clothing should be form-fitting and allow the instructor to see the students’ bodies clearly. No long, baggy t-shirts or pants.
Boys
Shorts or Pants, T-shirt or athletic style top.
